Be The Change
Within organisations problems, teams and relations are analysed with systemic constellations. This is driven by the conviction that personal perspectives are formative for the perception and solution of problems among the units. In seemingly determined structures it is suggested that you can change everything. By transferring this method to the art world the artists investigate self-determination and change in a field of complex dependencies.
In these systemic constellation performances the relations in the art network are shaped from the perspectives of an inquirer. Together with the visitors the substructures for the actual and the target state are elaborated. A moderator accompanies the process and the diverse players are invited to take their space. Positions and relations are discussed together and investigated spacially. Collectively the positioned people try to find improved situations for all involved players.
The displacements and adjustments are charted on the floor and remain visible like a score.
